Over the last year or so I’ve been working with different aspects of Public Key Infrastructure, also known as PKI. One of the major things I’ve found to be difficult in this subject area, is learning how a PKI really works, unless it’s the Microsoft CA, and that comes at a cost.
This led me to wanting to take what I was learning, from the bits and pieces all over the internet, and turn it into a useful resource for other people.
I therefore present my very first free PKI training course, which covers Public Certificate Authorities and Certificate lifespans. This lesson is performed at a very high level but as I develop the course with more lessons, the depth of knowledge will become more and more detailed
Resources used in the first level include https://crt.sh and the Google Chrome internet browser.
