I was asked to do a Q&A by the Global Railway Review, a short while back whilst working for Nomad Digital where I had to answer some questions relating to how cyber security plays a role in the “rolling stock” industry, aka trains on tracks etc.
I found that this was a good challenge for me, because putting cyber security into rolling stock is an ongoing challenge and it’s not just about security on the vehicle, but also the entry and exit points which may include data carriers and data centres. Basically there’s a lot of security that goes into rolling stock/rail industry and a lot of it is really invisible to the passenger.
Have a read, because it’s really interesting. =)
